Our architectural design and build clients in the Kent and East Sussex areas are not only self-build or domestic clients. A substantial proportion of our work is for business, community and charity projects.

There are some situations where a particular barn or outbuilding does not meet the criteria to be converted into a fully independent dwelling. There may then be advantage to converting as a holiday let, providing some additional income. Essentially the principles of construction for a holiday let and a dwelling are the same so there is rarely any difference in specification or programme.
