This characterful barn was owned by the client for many years before Vernacular Homes successfully applied for planning permission for its conversion to a dwelling.

The ground floor comprises of a central entrance hall leading to a sitting room in one direction and a kitchen/seating area in the other. A feature staircase and gallery lead upstairs where there are 2 double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Making maximum use of the limited space was key, this has resulted in circulation space being kept to a minimum. The staircase has been integrated with the living areas to create a seamless whole.
