We start with questions, to find out what they want, what’s important, how they want to live and what they do and don’t like.

Once a design has been created, virtual technology can transport them into their home to walk around it before a single brick has been built.
Experience the flow, look and feel
It’s an extraordinary moment – they can see their view when they sit at their dining table, when they wake up in the morning, or do their washing up. They can imagine what it feels like to walk from one from to another, to look up and down, deciding if this flow, look and feel are what they want.
We listen again, then we tweak designs until we have the right one – then we manage the whole build for our clients, taking on the stress and strain of the project throughout the entire timeline.
