After many months of planning, we are finally making a start on our own development of two new homes in Tenterden.
One home will be a three-bed and the other a four-bed.
The homes will be offered for sale as custom-build plots towards the end of 2026, giving buyers the opportunity to work with us to tailor the layouts, kitchen, bathrooms, finishes and features to suit their tastes and lifestyles.
Demolition and clearance of the existing site is planned for late 2026 with completion towards the end of 2027.
