Our client approached us to manage the full design and build of their renovation and extension to create a beautiful home for them to move into.

The design and build was carried out in two main phases.
Phase one involved the design and build of an extension for the kitchen, as well as three bedrooms, three bathrooms, study and lounge, and was completed in 2014 at which stage, the client moved in.
Phase two of the build took place in 2018 during which we added the dining room and reception room, along with two further bedrooms and a bathroom.
Getting the roof of the extension to work and fit the look of the building was a challenge. To achieve this, we infilled three sides of the existing building with a pitched roof, finishing with a large flat rooflight in the middle of the room above the island unit.
The resulting home is a stunning high-quality property which is built to last. We are currently back on site building a very high-quality brick/stone triple garage incorporating bespoke external joinery, wet room and loft space.
