Kent New Build House

This delightful classically proportioned house was re-designed to make better use of the site and fulfil the client's brief. Following a successful revised planning application the build was by Vernacular Homes incorporating chimneys, brickwork and eaves features together with bespoke joinery.

Details are inspired by the traditional Georgian houses of Kent's attractive towns and villages.

Two additional bedrooms and a shower room are incorporated in the roof space.
