Scope out the viability, possibilities and cost of the build work before you make an offer or agree to a property or land purchase. We work with clients to design for demolition and rebuild, revise inherited plans, redesign or refurbish, or re-look at plans created out of budget or have so far failed to be passed by the local authority.
We’ll make sure you know costs, timescales, challenges and what can be achieved before you invest.

A property might have huge potential, but you’re not the one that’s going to realise it. Having designs and plans for a potential buyer to show them the possibilities, costs and timeframes, can encourage a sale, with the potential buyer using our CGI and Virtual Reality walk-throughs to visit a new, refurbished, extended or rebuilt home that isn’t even built yet.
Projects bespoke for what you need
Many of the homes we design include smaller projects within the larger brief. The client may need a garage, or require a garden studio to work from. They may have frequent visitors who would be better suited to staying separately to the main house, or sometimes, it’s a games room, to escape to and enjoy.
We can design, plan and build smaller projects to realise the potential from your home, outbuildings or land, with the same finesse as our larger projects.
Outbuildings
It could be a conversion of a barn for accommodation, a place to work, a studio or other small, separate building.
Garages
We often include garages as part of the build – double, triple or larger, for people with multiple vehicles, classic cars or who need a place to store equipment for hobbies such as water sports. The garage can be built in the style you like, with solar panels, or beautiful design features such as a clock or weathervane.
Land to build on
Where there’s land, a property could be built – giving you a small, functional second property on your land. We’ve previously built rental properties, guest accommodation, annexes for various generations, games rooms, pool changing rooms, fitness studios and storage barns / buildings.
