Matthew Hopkins

Matthew first started working with us on a freelance basis in 2010, but has been a permanent member of staff since 2015.

He holds a degree in architecture from the University of Cambridge and has previously worked in graphic design.

Responsible for developing briefs, Matthew holds initial consultations with clients and oversees the design process and planning conditions. He has ongoing design input throughout projects and works on all stages of a design, liaising with a number of consultants and specialists throughout the planning application process.

He also works closely with Trevor Weeks, our commercial director, and contracts manager Oliver on winning new business. When he’s not busy working on projects, Matthew likes walking and exploring the
countryside as well as football, photography and reading.
